Welcome to the Naburn village website. Home to about 500 people, hundreds of ducks, dozens of boats, several swans, and even a small herd of donkeys, Naburn is a picturesque village lying on the eastern banks of the River Ouse, about 4 miles south of the City of York. You can find our village on a Google map here.

Although geographically small, Naburn is a thriving, vibrant community boasting a host of great amenities and services including our village pub, the village hall, a primary school, a lock, a riding stables, a sailing club, several caravan parks and holiday cottages, a Post Office & reading room, a marina with a waterfront café, and a church.

Built and maintained by Naburn residents for their neighbours and visitors to the village, this site is a "one-stop shop" for information about our community.
